VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 23, 2012) - Skyline Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:SK) (Skyline or the Company) announces the completion of its previously-announced consolidation and change of name.
The Company has consolidated its common shares on the basis of ten (10) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation share and changed its name to SnipGold Corp..
The Companys common shares will begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on May 24, 2012. The Companys shares will trade under the stock symbol SGG.
