PROPERTY TRANSACTION
The  directors of Ace Liberty & Stone Plc ("Ace", the "Company") announced that the Company has  agreed  to
rescind  the contracts for the purchase of a residential leasehold property in Paradise Street,  SE16  4QD.
The  deposit of GBP 210,000 was returned to the company on 4th May 2012 together with a further sum of  GBP
10,000  in  lieu of interest payable as per the Agreement dated 5th Apri
