Silvercorp Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend of CAD$0.025

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2012) - Silvercorp Metals Inc. ("Silvercorp" or the "Company") (TSX:SVM)(NYSE:SVM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its fourth quarter fiscal 2012 dividend of CAD$0.025 per share to be paid on or before July 20, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29^th, 2012. The dividends are considered eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
